Attention all future Boys and Girls tennis players

All tennis players please see announcement regarding mandatory health questionnaire for 2020-21 on the Avondale High School athletic site. A copy of the completed form must be filled out and submitted for student-athletes to workout, tryout and/or practice. In addition, a prescreen process will be utilized prior to athletic work. The District along with the Avondale Athletic Department  are asking every athlete to complete the attached MHSAA questionnaire. You can complete it electronically and e-mail it back to Sara.Russ@AvondaleSchools.Org. Your child WILL NOT be able to participate in trying out or conditioning/practice (even if it is remotely) unless this form is completed. **Any athlete who participated in high school

Congrats Liaya Blueford, Cheer

Liaya Blueford received a scholarship from the Competitive Cheer Coaches Association of Michigan for $1250. She received this scholarship based on her exceptional leadership skills, high academicstandards, and the excellent athletic ability she displayed throughout her high school career. She is one of only thirty-nine Competitive Cheer Athletes in Michigan to receive this recognition.

Ordinarily, a “pass” on a student’s transcript is awarded the school’s lowest passing grade, most often a D, and is assigned 1.0 quality points.
