On Friday May 3rd, our Yellowjackets Boys golf team completed in the annual county golf tournament. We finished 9th overall with a score of 360. There were 26 teams with qualifying scores. The Avondale girls tennis team remained undefeated in the spring season with 2 league wins Monday and Tuesday. The Lady Jackets defeated Royal Oak 5-3 and followed that up by shutting out Farmington Harrison 8-0. Thursday April 17, the Avondale boys participated in the OAA Gold Division nine hole golf tournament at The Links at Crystal Lake Golf Course. Avondale is incredibly proud to announce that for only the 3rd time in school history Avondale Varsity Cheer is moving on to Regionals!
