Submit your application online by the first day of clinics. You will not be allowed to participate without the physical and completed application.

Mandatory Expenses: Read over expected costs carefully, please calculate your cheerleaders expected cost and sign below stating you understand expected costs. 

 

*If your cheerleader makes the JV or Varsity team you will be required to choose from three payment plans for the season: one-time payment in full, two half payments, or three payments. If a payment is late or missed your cheerleader will sit until the payment is made or they may be removed from the team. 

 

1st Payment is due Monday, November 16th at the parent meeting.
